[Tyler Greve] "You must REALLY want me to make you look bad." :he gave a lazy salute to Truiev as he did the first time he met her: "Sorry, maples, I got real problems to deal with." :patting his bulky trenchcoat, and taking his leave so he wouldn't get caught with the valuables. So far all he was aware of was her, not realizing Krysta and Shadow were in the building as well. The GOV were to the side of the doorway leading into the room with Krysta and Shadow, the woman on the ground scrambled to her feet to go to Barbara. The men shouted back at Shadow's words: "Then we have no choice!" :Shadow shot his energy and it burst at the doorway, forming a solid block of ice that filled the entire threshhold. The guy nearest the door blinked: "Did he...did he just freeze the door?" The two men now moved in front of the doorway and slammed the butt of their guns against the ice a few times forming only a few cracks. It left them no choice. They prepared to shoot the ice. Instead, they heard something rumble at their feet. Trueiv through the grenade to the fifth floor of the INSIDE of the building. The grenade blinded them. Shots were fired through their armor, the other's knee was blown out before he clashed with the floor because of the pistol whip the decked the nape of his neck. From the inside Shadow could see hints of light lighting up the doorway and soon enough bullets ruptured through the ice and shattered it to the ground. The man had given Truiev a few shots and now he was the only man standing. That should've been enough to keep her at bay. He had heard the women mention the fridge. Limping, he went to the fridge and opened it with his gun drawn: "No funny business!"
[Krysta] *Krysta immediately thrusts a punch at the GOV officer sending cold air at his face that would cause him pain but not kill him* No funny business indeed *she steps out of the fridge with her fist pointing upward* I hate waiting and it's rude to make a lady wait regardless of personality. *Krysta lowers her arm* Not that I worry about that kind of thing really *the pain in her leg returns and she drops down to her knees* So how did you like that
[Truiev Deschain] Truiev knelt on the ground looked at the man pointing the gun at her, seeing him firm but shaken, maybe the fact she had just taken out now four of his fellow men easily, she placed her hand on her waist pushing blood back into her waist and cringed to the pain of it, that is all the man could see her doing, pushing her wound into her body, not at all that she wrapped her fingers around her chakram dangling at her waist. She planted her right hand on the ground holding herself up, as she lifted her body up almost as if she was planking, pivoted on her wrist and used her legs to check the last standing man’s leg out from under him. She caught him off guard, using her wrist to push herself up and start to turn her back to the man. Truiev contorted her back to the man, snapping her chakram off her waist and slashing down at the man, the whistle of the beyond sharp chakram cut through part of the barrel closer to the firing pin and trigger, taking his fingers holding the gun along with the metal. The man’s blood sprayed painted onto her chest and her ears now ringed with his screams as she had cut off his fingers clean from his hand. She returned the chakram to her injured waist and looked at the screaming man and says, “Bitch please you do not hear me screaming……” She cocked her fist back and clocked the man in the face shield, knocking him out, peeling her hand back and looking at her knuckles, at the cracked skin and sighs, “Glad I did not get my nails did…..” She takes off her jacket tying it around her waist to help hold in her pain. She took off in the direction Tyler went, maybe finally leading her to Krysta. She could not run at full speed, but she power walked in his general direction trying to follow and find her friend.
[Tyler Greve] :The final GOV opened the fridge only to be ripped from his feet by the powerful whirl of cold air that attacked his face. There was a loud whoosh as he drifted outside the doorway and crashed into the edge of the railing of the fifth floor. His caught himself against the railing, looking over the edge, and picturing his end. Luckily, he caught himself. Thinking he was safe, he looked angrily at Krysta: "The Arch will crush you all." :seeing movement in the corner of his eye, he looked at Truiev and his eyes bugged out. His leg was kicked out from under him as he aimed his weapon and feeling the tightly coat that surrounded his bones called skin, shred under the edge of the chakram. The gun fell, along with his fingers, and his organs ripped through his chest spraying blood across the walls, Truiev and outward to Krysta's feet. After the dying scream, he fell to the ground as the women on this floor peered through the cracks of the doorway. This left Krysta and Truiev alone, in the hallway, for now:
[Krysta] *Krysta looks on in surprise* Well if he was like that I guess I should've killed him myself but I spared him
[Truiev Deschain] She gets to the end of the hallway and screams out, masking her own pain, “Krysta!” She heard her voice as she made it down the hallway, so she knew that Krysta was in one of the rooms, she just hoped she could recognize her by the voice, “It is all clear out here! I took a bunch a dudes out here…..there is a bird in the sky somewhere, which I hope not to run into…..Where you at? Trying to find you…..Shadow told me shit hit the fan and you were in danger….came as fast as I could.” She comes to a jogging stop as she got to the end and looks at Krysta and breaths a sigh in relief, “Thank goodness you are alive……” She smears blood from her face and onto her white tank top and says, “You can explain the details to me later, we just need to get out of here and fast……I have a few hide outs we can lay low in…..”
[Krysta] *Krysta hears Truiev and tries to stand up but fails* Damn I might've pushed myself to hard *Krysta says she struggles to her feet* So where too?
[Truiev Deschain] “Just follow me……do not want to say it out loud…..never know who is listening……” She said heading out the building and looks over her shoulder and said, “What started all of this? What do they think you did?”
[Krysta] I'm not really sure but I guess they had no intention of questioning me
[Truiev Deschain] Truiev listened heading for an elevator and looks at Krysta and says, “Those are really the worst kind…..” She presses the button to go down and looks back at her, “Where is your locket?” She noticed it was the first thing that this could be about.
[Krysta] *Krysta takes it out from her shirt* it's right here, and if that guy didn't pull that stunt I wouldn't have had to go through with this *sighs as she follows Truiev* To be honest I was hoping to find work from this ordeal but I ended up having to fight for my life it seems
[Truiev Deschain] “Man you ain’t lying……” The elevator doors open and she and Krysta walk in, heading down to the first floor, “Got shot in the shoulder, well kind of, used one of those GOV dudes as a meat shield to not get hurt so bad…..but got grazed in the face with a bullet and then shot in the waist…..and a nice busted knuckle, or at least the skin……who are these GOV people anyways? Anything from your past or this totally random?”
